Specifications & Current Status:
Design: Standard 40ft ISO Tank Container (8'6" height, 8' width)
Specification: T75 – Certified for LNG service at -196°C (-321°F) and a 7.5 bar working pressure.
Construction: Inner vessel: 9% nickel steel. Outer jacket: carbon steel. Vacuum perlite insulation.
Certification: Current Periodic Survey (PV) certificates are valid. Last tested: March 2024. Full ASME/EN/ISO documentation available.
Valving: Equipped with vaporizer (pressure build-up) coil, primary and safety relief valves, pressure gauges. Full ISO corner castings.
Condition: Excellent. No inner shell repairs. Exteriors have minor transport scuffs. Vacuum integrity confirmed.
Our Inspection & Service Report:
Testing: Vacuum level and pressure hold tests passed (June 2024). Ultrasonic thickness readings meet spec.
