Accepted Answer

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, UnionPay, and Diners Club. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full card details.

Can i cancel my order after placing it?

Accepted Answer

Yes — orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once your container or trailer has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may return the item after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy. Do you offer financing or payment plans?

We do not currently offer in-house financing. However, many customers use third-party equipment finance providers. Contact us and we can discuss available options for large orders. Full payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

What is the difference between a new and used container?

Accepted Answer

New (one-trip) containers have been used just once to ship goods from the manufacturer — they are in near-perfect condition with minimal surface wear. Used containers are graded as: Cargo-Worthy (CW) — suitable for active international shipping and meets all CSC plate requirements; or Wind & Watertight (WWT) — structurally sound and weatherproof, ideal for secure on-site storage but not certified for active shipping. All MO Export LLC containers are inspected before dispatch and their condition is accurately described.

What sizes of shipping containers do you sell?

We stock containers in the following sizes: 2m and 3m flat pack units, 4m kiosk units, 10ft portable offices, 20ft standard and high cube, 30ft, 40ft standard and high cube, and 45ft standard and high cube. We also supply DuoCon twin units (10ft+10ft) and Bicon ISO containers for specialized applications.

What is a High Cube container?

A High Cube container is one foot taller than a standard container — 9'6" (2.9m) in height compared to the standard 8'6" (2.6m). This extra headroom makes them ideal for oversized cargo, container homes, office conversions, and any application where internal height matters. We stock 20ft, 40ft, and 45ft High Cube units.

What are refrigerated (reefer) containers used for?

Refrigerated containers — also called reefers — are temperature-controlled units used for cold chain logistics, food storage and transport, pharmaceutical products, floral cargo, and any goods requiring precise temperature management. Our reefer and freezer range covers -76°F to +70°F (-60°C to +21°C) and is available in 20ft and 40ft sizes with 3-phase power options.

Can containers be used as homes or offices

Accepted Answer

Yes — shipping containers are increasingly used for container homes, offices, studios, cafés, and retail units. We supply modified containers including anti-vandal site offices, steel canteen cabins, guard huts, toilet blocks, and kiosks. We can also advise on suitable base container units for custom conversion projects.

What is a flat rack container?

Flat rack containers have no side walls or roof — just a flat steel platform with end walls. They are designed for oversized, heavy, or out-of-gauge cargo that cannot fit inside a standard enclosed container, such as large machinery, vehicles, boats, and structural steel. Collapsible flat racks are available for easier storage and return shipping.

Do containers come with a CSC safety plate?

Cargo-Worthy (CW) containers come with a valid CSC (Convention for Safe Containers) safety plate, which is required for international shipping. Wind & Watertight (WWT) containers are not certified for active shipping. New one-trip containers always include a current CSC plate. If you need a specific certification for your application, let us know before ordering.

What is the difference between a bumper pull and a gooseneck trailer?

A bumper pull trailer attaches to a standard 2" or 2-5/16" ball hitch on the rear of a tow vehicle — lighter and easier to maneuver, typically for 2–4 horses. A gooseneck trailer connects over the truck bed via a ball hitch mounted inside the pickup bed — more stable, capable of carrying heavier loads, and preferred for 4–6+ horses or large livestock. Gooseneck trailers generally have a higher towing capacity and are better suited to long-distance hauling.
