This is the big one. A large, flat-pack site office measuring a spacious 6.5 meters long by 2.3 meters wide (approx. 21ft x 7.5ft). It ships as a kit of pre-fabricated panels—you bolt it together on your prepared base. It’s the most cost-effective way to get a serious, permanent-feeling office or mess room on your site without the cost of a crane or a finished container.

Specs & What's in the Kit:

• Dimensions: 6.5m (L) x 2.3m (W) x 2.5m (H) at eaves. Provides a real workspace, not a closet. Approx. 15 sqm / 161 sq ft of floor space.

• Construction: Heavy-Duty Steel-Framed Panels. Wall and roof panels are insulated (typically 40mm foam) and pre-clad on both sides with anti-graffiti, scratch-resistant PVC. No cheap, flimsy timber here.

• Windows & Door: Kit includes two double-glazed PVC windows (tilt & turn) and a solid PVC security door with a multi-point lock.

• Floor & Roof: Includes a steel-framed floor panel system. You just bolt it to your base. Roof is a single-piece, insulated steel panel for quick weather sealing.

• Finishes: Interior has white walls, ready for paint or use as-is. Wiring chase is pre-built into the walls for easy electrician sign-off.

• What's NOT Included: Interior finishing (painting, flooring), electrical fittings, and assembly labor. You’ll need basic tools and a couple of people for 1-2 days.
