Condition (The honest truth):I’m the second owner, bought it from a friend who also kept it mint. Floor is solid—tap it anywhere. Tires have even tread but are the originals, so you’ll want to plan for new ones soon based on age. Lights, brakes, and all latches work perfectly. There’s one small scuff on the rear corner (see pic), just cosmetic. No leaks, no wrecks, always stored under cover.

Why I’m Selling:Moving up to a larger living quarters trailer. This one’s been incredible, but our needs changed.
